3rd Degree Registration

Worthy Grand Knights,
We are working with St. Elizabeth Council #8747 to post the registration forms for the upcoming 3rd Degree on June 8th. This year we are changing the format to an Excel workbook. You can gain access to the registration workbook at the St. Elizabeth website, www.kofc8747.org. We thank St. Elizabeth and their webmaster, Brother Ed Blake, for their support to Chapter Ceremonials.
For those of you who are perhaps more computer challenged, please click here for more detailed instructions.
Please follow these steps.
- Download the workbook , by clicking on this link, to your desktop. This requires your computer have Excel or MS Office installed. If you cannot open the file, please call me! If you can download the file, it should be open to the READ ME tab. If it opens elsewhere, select READ ME.
- After reading this information sheet, go to the Chapter Summary (Auto) tab and click on your Council name in column C.
- You should now be on your Council registration worksheet. Register your candidates, members and their wives names, by entering names in the white area indicated. Use the pull down menus to fill in the Category, Dinner, and Ladies' Program information. Note that the fees and dinner costs will be automatically calculated.
- When you are done, SAVE the file to your computer, either on your desktop or your choice of a favorite location. Send the file as an attachment in an e-mail to Ralph Manfredo at rpmanfredo@sbcglobal.net
If you need to make updates or changes. You can use the copy you saved to your computer and send that as an attachment to Tim, again. Also take note of the top line of your Council registration sheet. It indicates the amount your Council owes to the host for registration and dinner. Please bring a single Council check made out to the host for the amount indicated.
A reminder to all: Please ensure that you have a Council member at registration on the day of the degree. The preferable thing is to have a sponsor for each candidate, but as a minimum your Council should have at least one member there to pay the fees to the host Council and to ensure your candidates are there on time.
