Welcome to the Forms page. The webmaster has created for your benefit a joint Council ~ Assembly Expense Submittal Form. This form can actually be filled out on line and then both printed to your printer and e-mailed as an attachment to the Worthy Financial Secretary or Faithful Comptroller as circumstances require. We ask that you give these new forms a try and please let the webmaster, webmstr@kofc8747.org know what you think of it.

At the same time, we have also included forms that can be filled out and submitted to St. Elizabeth Parish for announcments to be published in the weekly bulletin or read after Mass.
